RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
Are not required but HIGHLY recommended because there are only 16 cabins subject to availability.  
Please print and bring email to Mapi's, it's your proof of confirmation for availability and/or payment received.
Reservations are subject to availability and rates at the time of booking.  
Changes to reservation dates may be subject to price adjustments, seasonal rates or price increases, etc.
*Guaranteed units or reservations are subject to confirmation and first-night payment. 
Forms of payment accepted: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Credo Matic and Paypal.  
Credit card or Paypal needs to be charged a minimum of one night, at the time of purchase.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full reimbursements for prepaid reservations or deposits are subject to a 48-hour prior cancellation notice and reimbursed within 30 days.
 
Late Arrival notification consists of calling 3 hours before Check-In Time of 3 PM (Costa Rica Time).  
 
Extended Stay notification would be before Check-Out time of 11 AM (Costa Rica Time)
 
and subject to availability (the room may be pre-reserved but another room may be available).
 
Unpaid reservations are NOT guaranteed rooms and will be released on a "first come first serve" basis, 
unless late arrival or extended stay notifications are received.
If you don't notify us, we will not be held responsible for failure of contact and/or the release of room. 
 
 
*Guaranteed reservations don't need late arrival notification unless arriving after hours (11 PM). 
There's no reimbursement for the first night of "No Show", after 24 hours,
room will then be released on a “first come first serve” basis.
In good faith, if able to rent the room for the remaining days, 100% of prepaid reservations or deposits will be reimbursed but if remains vacant, you will forfeit prepaid amounts and/or deposits. 
Only under precarious circumstances will Refund(s) and/or credit(s), for late arrivals, early departures,
                           failure to arrive ("no shows") or last-minute modifications will be at the manager's/receptionist's discretion.
